Rimigliano The coastal park is one of the very few stretches of sandy coastline of our country was, to a depth of 250 meters , miraculously untouched for millennia. ( In spregio a tutte le norme e linee guida che regolano le opere di protezione delle dune costiere )
I responsabili di questo scempio penseranno forse nella loro incoscienza di passare alla Storia con un opera monumentale visibile dal mare, che durerà nei secoli a loro imperitura gloria. Sappiano che stanno commettendo un vero e proprio delitto contro il bene più prezioso posseduto dalla loro comunità . Un delitto del tutto assurdo e incomprensibile. In quel tratto infatti la spiaggia è lunghissima e non c'è alcun problema di erosione; la vera duna è assai arretrata e preceduta dalla scarpata mobile della spiaggia e dalle radure naturali di guardia.

Le uniche norme applicate saranno quelle della realizzazione, gestione, bonifica and masking of landfills.

Va detto che in questo caso oltre al fatto di appartenere ad un privato, la struttura è stata realizzata negli anni Sessanta, al tempo del sacco di Roma, e che quindi tutto sommato è andata anche troppo bene. Certo quelle agghiaccianti ringhiere in acciaio inox, Mr. Lazzi poteva risparmiarcele. Di certo tutti vorremmo conoscere il funzionario della Soprintendenza che le ha approvate.

Zona RIVA dei CAVALLEGGERI - L'intervento, recentissimo, è stato curato personalmente da Attila che ha voluto (giustamente) prevedere la possibilità di accedere alla spiaggia anche con i SUV.
Esattamente da questo punto inizia (confine nord) l'Area costiera " protetta" di Rimigliano !!
Come inizio di protezione è tutto un programma, non c'è che dire. Gli ingenui chiedono a Comune e Soprintendenza: nelle aree con il solo vincolo paesaggistico costiero, ma non incluse in parco protetto come questa, cos'è che si può fare di più e di peggio di
questo intervento (
vedi )? Usare le mine da cava? Il napalm?

No is the litorale del Parco Naturale Costiero di Rimigliano come è già diventato nella porzione più a nord ( Garden Club ) e come potrebbe diventare ovunque, forse fra meno di tre anni. Una spiaggia e un bosco attrezzati di tutto punto per i clienti del nuovo splendido albergo che sorgerà nel Parco e per i proprietari degli altri 250 alloggi sparsi per i campi. D'altronde i lavori propedeutici sono già iniziati: altissime palizzate, radure antedunali ricoperte da discariche , rialzate, spianate e piantumate, trattori e ruspe scorrazzanti ovunque. 
Ristrutturare o costruire ex novo, alloggi residenziali per una superficie di 16.500 comporta un costo stimato prudenzialmente di 1.800 €/mq e quindi un costo totale di € 29.700.000, comprensivo di spese generali e accessorie. Il ricavo della vendita di 16.500 mq può essere stimato al netto delle spese di intermediazione in 4.250 €/mq, per un totale di venduto pari ad € 70.125.000 ed un conseguente ricavo netto stimato dell'operazione pari ad € 40.425.000.
