*Che il Park Albatros vi avrà costruito bar, ristorante, attrezzature varie e magari un parcheggio?
*Che il grande prato intorno al ristorante del podere Tuscania sarà stato ridotto a parcheggio?
*Che molti tratti di spiaggia saranno stati attrezzati, modificati, palificati, marciapiedati, e che non saranno più liberi?
*Che nel bosco saranno stati attrezzati sentieri, realizzate docce, rimesse di ombrelloni, chioschi, ristori e quant'altro serve a trasformare un parco naturale rarissimo in un comune e volgare giardinetto pubblico?
*Che tutto quanto sopra verrà giustificato con le sacrosante esigenze ( con tutto quello che avranno pagato!) dei nuovi proprietari delle case coloniche e delle tettoie ristrutturate e dei clienti dell'albergo?
* Che tutte queste schifezze avverranno sulla base di sofisticate interpretazioni delle norme della variante da lei progettata che consentiranno ( contro le sue stesse intenzioni ? ) di variare ogni tipo di invariante?

Mi permetto infine di rammentare quanto da lei scritto nella relazione illustrativa della Variante di Rimigliano, affinché, se ne avrà la possibilità, traduca in NORME cogenti , queste bellissime parole ed intenzioni, da lei enunciate.
Relazione generale di accompagnamento della Variante, firmata dai progettisti, dal sindaco, dall'assessore all'urbanistica e dai dirigenti del Comune ed approvata dal Consiglio Comunale di san Vincenzo.
