L'astuzia dei politici di fronte a progetti improponibili è quella di negare qualsiasi intenzione dannosa, giurare che preserveranno il luogo come fosse un tesoro, e nello stesso momento cominciare con una serie di piccoli interventi diluiti lungo qualche anno fino a compromettere lentamente ma costantemente quelle caratteristiche naturali che rendevano il luogo unico.

Una volta che il luogo è stato ormai compromesso e banalizzato, allora diventa possibile fare di tutto, tanto ormai.......

La tecnica è collaudata e infallibile. (1)

O si riesce a bloccare tutto, ma proprio tutto, sul nascere, oppure la battaglia è perduta, senza rimedio.

E' triste , ma è così.

(1) Ricordate come hanno fatto con la bellissima e intatta porzione nord del Parco di Rimigliano (dal Botro ai Marmi a Riva degli Etruschi)?

Hanno cominciato con piccoli interventi per agevolare il passaggio verso la spiaggia dei vacanzieri del potente e ossequiato Garden Club. Intervista di P. Bientinesi all'arch: Giommoni (La Nazione 29.8.2010)

... E, con il naturale incremento morfologico, la spiaggia e il parco a mare di Rimigliano subirà dei naturali cambiamenti?

« Non sono previste modifiche agli assetti esistenti , — afferma Giommoni — pertanto la spiaggia rimarrà come lo stato attuale , inoltre, L’Anpil (area protetta) attualmente solo per la fascia a mare ( in reality this is a white lie - see here (2) ) will be extended to the entire estate of Rimigliano.
